Fields of Irises: Visit the Iris Farm in Wayne City

This spring, take time to stop and smell the irises.

Stroll through fields of the blooming flower at the Iris Farm in Wayne City. At peak bloom in May, the farm expects several acres of irises. Photographers, families and tour groups are welcome to attend the Annual Iris Walk, which takes place from May 1 through the end of the month.

Before you visit, call (618) 895-2022 for a peak bloom report.

The Iris Farm is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on Illinois Highway 15 in Wayne City. For directions and more information about the flowers and the farm, visit the farm’s website.

    I am in a photography club in southern Illinois which would love to visit your farm on April 30 if that would be possible. There could be as many as 10-20 in attendance. Thank you.
