COWS Coffee
Katlyn Sanden is the entrepreneur behind Coffee on Wheels (COWS), a mobile coffee shop in Illinois that caters to special events, weddings, livestock shows, corporate events and more. Sanden works with roasters in Magnolia and Peoria who purchase organic beans directly from coffee farmers in Guatemala and roast them locally in north-central Illinois. In addition to the mobile shop, COWS sells its Lucky Lady 16-ounce retail blend in local grocery stores and through Valley Fresh Harvest, an online farmers market.
