Born in Germany, Natale has lived in many places across Europe and North America, giving her a global palate that inspires her recipes. She started selling her macarons at local markets while working out of a shared commercial kitchen space. The artisan macarons are made from scratch and perfect for every occasion with more than 30 flavors ranging from traditional French vanilla, chocolate and pistachio to creative favorites like birthday cake, cherry blossom, rose, lavender and many others, plus rotating seasonal and holiday-inspired varieties. We live in St. Joseph, IL near Champaign. My husband and I grew up in the Peoria area – Washington and Chillicothe. We love the Illinois River. I hope we get an opportunity to come to Voila Macarons. We are in our 80s and don’t get back to that area as often as we would like. So glad to see this article in the Partners magazine.
