Owned by Derek and Libby Ervin, the farm-to-shelf business crafts delicious products for the kitchen, pantry and cellar using their own specialty crops as well as those grown on other farms throughout southern Illinois.

After sourcing ingredients from their orchard and gardens, the woods, and more than 50 local farms and growers, the Ervins use traditional food preservation methods to create a wide range of healthy and delicious products. Offerings include syrups, jams, jellies, pickles, hot sauces, elderberry products, and flavorful shrubs for cocktails, mocktails and vinaigrettes.

Find Glaciers End products at their store located at 104 N. Print Ave. in Marion, through LEAF Food Hub or at local fairs, festivals and farmers markets throughout the state, including the Carbondale Farmers Market, Marion Farmers Market (occasionally), Vine Street Market and other seasonal markets.
