Devon Flesor Nau uses a large wooden spoon to ladel out corn syrup used in may of their candies. This family-owned shop in the small Central Illinois town of Tuscola still makes hand-dipped chocolates the same way its owners did 100 years ago. Sisters, Ann Flesor Beck and Devon Flesor Nau now run the family business
