Pay your respects to nature at the annual Cache River Nature Fest in Cypress.

Now in its 15th year, the event celebrates the rich diversity of habitats and wildlife in the Cache River watershed.

Close to 1,500 people attend the festival to enjoy guided field trips and hikes, canoe tours, bird demonstrations, films, nature games for the whole family, and other interesting exhibits.

This year’s event takes place May 7 at the Cache River Wetlands Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call (800) 248-4374 or visit friendsofthecache.org.
